Please gather your computer and power cords in one place, and
also peripherals if they’re part of your issue. For example, if you’re
having trouble printing, you should provide the printer, as well as the
computer. The pro can review your settings, optimize for speed,
configure settings for greater security, and do basic troubleshooting.
They’ll also walk you through any changes they make so you understand
what they’ve changed and how to use the computer. Additional charges may
be added by the service provider to cover the cost of any additional
parts or labor required to complete the service.

How are businesses and pros screened?
